We hope you love your Little Green Tots order, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or are not in a resalable condition unless they are faulty.
How to Start a Return
If your order is eligible for self-service returns, you can request a return directly from your customer account.
Alternatively, email info@littlegreentots.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond within 2 working days with return instructions.

Return Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage and packaging.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Little Green Tots cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 working days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@littlegreentots.co.uk.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@littlegreentots.co.uk so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you're unsure whether a product is suitable before ordering, please get in touch—we're always happy to help.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the quickest option is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the final item in your order, for any reason.
To exercise this right, you can request a return through your customer account (where available) or email info@littlegreentots.co.uk with your order number.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may also be able to cancel it directly from your customer account.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service.
We'll process eligible refunds within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting your returned goods, which is well within the legal maximum timeframe of 14 days.
