Little Green Tots now ships from our eco toy studio in Suffolk, UK 🇬🇧 to families across the globe. All international parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked for peace of mind.

⚠️ Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities. These costs are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery. If a parcel is refused due to unpaid import fees, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@littlegreentots.co.uk with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
If you change your mind, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
- International orders are final sale unless damaged or faulty.
